A Little Thanks Goes a Long Way
You know... one thing that I have recently noticed is how far a simple thank you goes. I believe that too often a task is performed or a job is done, and no thanks if given. To be honest, I am guilty of this as much as the next guy.
I put myself in a situation when I give of my time and do something for someone that I did not have to do. I do not expect a "thank you," but it is always welcomed. It is a sign of appreciation and acknowledging that the person you did that task for recognizes what has been done.
